Quotations are valid for 14 days and are non-binding. Pricing is subject to change upon the full scope of the project.

PROJECTS
Project Postponement
 If a project is postponed or cancelled by anyone other than Pracas Infosys  after more than 50% completion of the project then the balance of works will be invoiced and then completed at the customers continuation date (if any). If the project is cancelled before 50% completion then a refund will be issued minus charges accumulated by Pracas Infosys  or any 3rd party costs that Pracas Infosys  incurred during the project. These prices will be calculated at Pracas Infosys ’s standard design rate based on the hours or project cost already spent including any 3rd party costs. Setup costs are not refundable. Percentage of works completed will be calculated on current hours spent minus current hours quoted.

Project Duration
The client agrees to provide timely responses to the developer after receiving status notifications from the developer. The client shall have 20 days to respond to each set of responses submitted to the client for review. If after 25 days the client has failed to respond, then Pracas Infosys  will deem the project completely. At such time, Pracas Infosys shall have no further obligation to the client and the client must pay the company all fees and expenses associated with work performed by the Pracas Infosys.  

Ownership of Project Attributes
Pracas Infosys retains ownership of all original artwork contained therein, till the full payment has been made. Upon full payment, the client shall obtain his ownership to use. However, in no event may the client use the final design in any design portfolio without crediting the Pracas Infosys and also the client has no rights to use any of the code, files, scripts, pages or any matter created by Pracas Infosys  without written permission.

Production Schedule / Delivery of Project
If the trait of the client lacks concern, then Pracas Infosys  shall not incur any liability for delays in the completion of the project. If any incidence/ event(s) occur,  it shall entitle the Pracas Infosys  to extend the delivery date, by the time correspondent to the period of such time lag.

Payments
Before the work begins initial deposit i.e. 70% of the amount must be paid and remaining 30% should have to pay before uploading the website to the server or submitting the project to the client.  If the client failed to provide the required documents like text materials, photographs & supplementary documents, then the clients has no right to hold the payment.   The required documents must be supplied before 45 days. If any condition the client fails to provide the document or materials within 45 days, then the developer has rights to fix the time for the web project.

Additional Fees
If the quantity of materials delivered by the client exceed the number of agreed upon pages, or if programming differs from the duties specified in the Web Work Agreement, additional fees may apply. Moreover, the client will reimburse Simple Site Services for expenses of production not included in the Web Work Agreement. These expenses could include copy writing, digital photography, and stock photography. These additional fees will be invoiced after the completion of the web project.  Pracas Infosys  accepts all major debit & credit card, payment through Bank transfer, PayPal and Remittance. 

Apart from the above additional charges, Pracas Infosys charges for all the additional works or services as per the client request. Client may request for the complete pricing structure by emailing us at our official email address which will be found in the contact us page. The small amount less then Nrs 5000 or USD 50 will be attached in the yearly renewal bill of the project.

Indemnification
Upon a request by us, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us and our affiliates harmless from all liabilities, claims, and expenses, including attorney’s fees that arise from your use or misuse of this site. We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will cooperate with us in asserting any available defenses.

Security and Password
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account and for any and all statements made and acts or omissions that occur through the use of your password and account. Therefore, you must take steps to ensure that others do not gain access to your password and account. Our personnel will never ask you for your password. You may not transfer or share your account with anyone, and we reserve the right to immediately terminate your account if you do transfer or share your account.

Termination of Use
You agree that we may, in our sole discretion, terminate your access to all or part of the website with or without notice and for any reason, including breach of these Terms of Use. If the full payment won’t be settle within a week after the website has been hosted, then NRS. 3000 or USD 50 will have to pay as a fine per week or the site will be terminated & the amount which has been paid to PI will not be refundable. Any suspected fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity may be grounds for terminating your relationship and may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any claims or damages arising out of any termination or suspension or any other actions taken by us in connection with such termination or suspension.

Governing Law
Any claim relating to Pracas Infosys  website shall be governed by the laws of the Government of Nepal without regard to its infringe of law provisions.
